We use fully trained installers with the appropriate skills to ensure equipment is installed safely and conveniently.

The installers can carry out assessments and are qualified to assess service users’ property to ensure all their care and support needs are being met. 

• We ensure a joined-up approach to guarantee that assessments are person centered and strength based, to ensure the projected and desired outcome is achieved using the most appropriate TEC service. 

• Training is regularly updated and our field team is organised by a dedicated group of schedulers.
